    I didnt know you would make so much use out of a workout bench. How would you be able to use it for burpees? I hate that workout but it is good and effective, but maybe using a bench would make it more fun. Great that you mentioned all the uses of the workout bench, and teach people like me there are more ways than one to use it 🙂

      Hi Summerly,

      Actually, doing burpees on a bench is a little easier. You don’t have to go all the way down to the floor. The bench will meet you half way. Also doing pushups using a bench is great too!
