    Very nice article. I actually enjoy using exercise bikes as part of my workout routine. I think it is definitely beneficial as it is great cardio and really good lower body strength building. I tend to use them either as a warm up or a cool down but I know you can also get a really good workout on them as well depending on what you’re looking to do. Thanks for the info!
